Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Monday to Friday | Overtime available Speedy Fire Protection is hiring experienced Fire Sprinkler Foremen to lead installation crews on commercial, industrial, and government projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We pay competitive rates, provide leadership training, and put you on real projects for you to lead.

What You'll Do:

Lead a crew of 2-10+ fitters on commercial fire sprinkler installations Read and interpret shop drawings, coordinate pipe layout, and manage daily production Enforce jobsite safety — OSHA compliance, fall protection, PPE Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades Complete daily progress reports, material tracking, and field documentation Mentor and develop apprentice fitters on your crew Manage material staging, tool inventory, and crew scheduling

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience (commercial/multi-family preferred) Proven ability to run a crew and manage a jobsite independently Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25 Experience with wet, dry, and preaction systems OSHA 30 (or willingness to complete within 90 days) Valid driver's license and clean driving record NICET Level II-III preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for Miami crews
