This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive experience in water, sewer, and storm drain installation , and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pipe crews Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Ensure proper installation of water, sewer, and storm systems Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations Plan work activities and manage crew productivity Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and inspectors Conduct daily safety meetings (toolbox talks) Monitor materials, equipment, and workforce needs Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in underground utility construction Previous Foreman or leadership experience required Strong knowledge of pipe installation, trenching, grading, and shoring Ability to read and understand construction plans and elevations Knowledge of OSHA safety standards Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale civil construction projects Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus OSHA 30 certification What We Offer Competitive pay Company vehicle (for qualified candidates) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Central Civil Construction?
