Job Description
Commercial Build Out Foreman We are hiring an experienced, self driven Commercial - Working - Build out Foreman to join our team. We are looking for an experienced WORKING Foreman for commercial projects, preferably with restaurant experience. We provide finish carpentry and millwork for restaurants and other commercial buildings. The Build out Foreman is responsible for general, job site and staff management responsibilities over the assigned job. This is a hands on Foreman position and candidates are required to be a working Foreman. The position requires knowledge of all major components as well as installation methods pertaining to the following: Millwork, casework, installing door and closures, restroom accessories, seating packages etc. Must be able to lead small crew and work well with others. Must be willing to travel and be away from home a week or two at a time. Transportation and lodging provided. Generous Pay rate determined on level of experience. Daily Per Diem as well as full Health Insurance after 90 days. Background check and drug testing required. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably Regularly reporting project status to owner & site superintendents The Ideal Candidate will possess the following attributes: Dependable, Organized, Detail Oriented, Leader Millwork and retail fixture install and layout experience Strong knowledge of on the job safety Comfort and skill with a variety of hand and power tools Accurately measure, cut and shape metal, wood, plastic and other materials Team player with No Drama!! Own tools & Valid driver's licenses needed.
