Based on Experience + bonuses+ Per Diem (when applicable) + Company Benefits Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil/Electrical Foreman to lead telecommunications construction crews on wireless infrastructure projects throughout Florida and surrounding markets. This individual will oversee daily field operations, supervise civil and electrical construction activities, ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety standards, coordinate subcontractors and crews, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, enjoys mentoring crews, and possesses extensive experience with wireless telecommunications construction. Primary Responsibilities Lead daily field operations for civil and electrical telecommunications construction projects. Supervise field crews while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate construction activities with Project Managers, Construction Managers, customers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Read and interpret construction drawings, engineering plans, and site documentation. Oversee installation of telecommunications infrastructure including: Site civil work Concrete foundations Grounding systems Electrical service installation Fiber pathways Utility coordination Equipment pads Generator pads Equipment shelters Site fencing Manage equipment, materials, and workforce scheduling. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. Conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and toolbox safety meetings. Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce company safety policies. Perform quality control inspections throughout construction. Complete daily reports, production tracking, and project documentation. Coordinate inspections, customer punch lists, and project closeout activities. Travel extensively to project locations as required. Required Qualifications 6+ years of telecommunications construction experience. 4+ years leading field crews as a Foreman or Crew Lead.
Strong knowledge of:
Wireless infrastructure construction Site civil construction Electrical installations Grounding systems Utility coordination Fiber infrastructure Experience supporting wireless carrier projects including: Ability to read construction drawings and engineering plans. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple crews. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid Driver's License with clean driving record. Willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned territories. Ability to travel for extended periods as needed.
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
