Flagger Summary :
Multiple openings for Flaggers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around the Ocala area .
Responsibilities :
Directing traffic and pedestrians safely through construction or roadwork zones Setting up and maintaining signage, cones, and barricades Ensuring safety procedures are followed by workers and the public Communicating with crew members and drivers using hand signals or radios Monitoring traffic flow and reporting any issues Performing other traffic control duties as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum 6+ months' experience in construction High school diploma or GED Construction site requires full PPE Candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat Able to commute to job site
Work Schedule :
Full time Start time varies between 5:00am and 7:00am; some shifts may last 10 hours per day
