Requirements:
Five years of previous plumbing and leadership experience Extensive knowledge of all phases of plumbing systems Knowledge of water damage plans Coordinates installation of plumbing systems with other trades Monitors testing and disinfection of plumbing systems & inspections Great Attitude and has the ability to motivate other employees Leads by Example Ability to work without supervision Outstanding Customer Service - Internal & External Ensures Compliance is being maintained Ability to represent Energy Air professionally in project meetings (in the absence of Project Manager) Great communication skills both verbal and written Capable of supervising crews of 12 or for projects with a plumbing scope over $1
M Qualifications:
High school diploma/Trade school diploma Minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing trade Certifications in 30hr OSHA forklift/lull and aerial lift Competent person in CPR First Aid and H6010 MedGas Journeyman Certified DFWP/EOE
