Position Overview:

Plumbing Foreman As a Plumbing Foreman at LT Plumbing, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, and company leadership while managing crews, schedules, and jobsite performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise installation of plumbing systems in compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards Manage crews, scheduling, and daily jobsite activities Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers Utilize Procore for daily reports, documentation, and job tracking Perform blueprint and BIM print reviews, layout, and Trimble coordination Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce safety standards Optimize productivity through effective planning, coordination, and time management What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale commercial plumbing construction Proficiency in blueprint reading, BIM prints, and layout Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills Proven ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines By submitting your application, you agree to receive occasional text messages from LT Plumbing regarding your application status.
