2 to 4 hours per job About the Opportunity We are a residential water treatment company seeking licensed independent plumbing contractors (1099) for whole-home water filtration and water softener installations. Installs take place in residential single-family homes throughout Bay, Walton, and Washington Counties, focusing on Panama City Beach, Panama City, 30A, and surrounding communities up toward Chipley. We batch and confirm customer time windows in advance, letting you plug scheduled installs directly into open gaps in your weekly calendar. Zero sales, zero quoting, zero estimating, and zero chasing homeowner payments. We handle all marketing, customer sales, billing, and logistics. You simply get the equipment from our 24/7 storage, show up, plumb the system into the home's water loop, commission the unit, and get paid a flat $450
•500 for 2-4 hours of clean work. What We Provide All major equipment (dual-tank softening and catalytic carbon systems, or 3-stage cartridge racks + UV chambers). Complete control valves, bypass valves, and brine tanks. Confirmed customer installation windows scheduled around your weekly availability. Direct deposit payouts processed weekly.
What You Provide Labor & Trade Tools:
Complete the cut-in, mount brackets (if applicable), and tie into the residential loop. Standard Truck Stock (~$50
•75 in rough-in materials per job): 1" PEX/copper, fittings (90s, couplings, male adapters), 1" master shut-off ball valve, and 1/2" drain line tubing with a code-compliant air gap.
Startup & Testing:
Pressurize and leak-check the system, run an initial backwash cycle to verify valve operation, and give the homeowner a brief 2-minute walkthrough of the bypass lever.
Requirements Licensing:
Active Florida Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
Insurance:
Active Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum) with the ability to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming our company as an additional insured.
Tools & Transport:
Reliable work truck/van, cordless tools, and PEX crimp/expansion or ProPress equipment. Professional, clean-cut demeanor when interacting with residential homeowners.
