Job Description

Job Overview We are a federal roofing contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on military and federal projects. Applicants must have strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, jobsite safety, quality control, manufacturer requirements, and crew management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise roofing crews Plan daily work and maintain production schedules Read drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and manufacturer details Manage materials, equipment, safety, and quality control Train employees and ensure proper installation methods Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Required Experience Experience with multiple commercial roofing systems, for example: Standing seam metal TPO and
PVC EPDM
Modified bitumen Flashings, curbs, penetrations, and edge metal Applicants must be able to operate or oversee the proper use of roofing equipment, including hot-air welders, mechanical seamers, panel machines, adhesives, etc Requirements Previous roofing foreman or crew leadership experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be eligible to work in the United States Must pass a background check and qualify for access to military bases Must be willing to travel when required Comfortable working at heights and lifting 50 pounds or more Available for overtime and occasional weekends OSHA 30 and equipment certifications preferred Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus What We Offer Very Competitive pay based on experience Per diem for approved travel Steady, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Apply directly through Indeed.
