We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Pipe Foreman to join our construction team. In this role, you will oversee pipe installation crews working on civil infrastructure projects such as water mains, sewer lines, stormwater systems, and other utility services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the pipe crew on-site Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Ensure correct installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systems Operate and assist with heavy machinery when required (excavators, loaders, etc.) Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance Plan material and equipment needs in advance to maintain project timelines Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure successful project delivery Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and performance Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, and project documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pipe Foreman or similar supervisory role in civil construction Strong knowledge of underground utilities, trenching, shoring, and pipe laying techniques Ability to read and interpret civil plans and site layouts Experience working with various pipe types (PVC, HDPE, ductile iron, concrete, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA certification (preferred) Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in civil infrastructure or utility construction Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
