Job Description

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, managing and overseeing multiple plumbers on multiple projects. The Field Supervisor will ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and meet the quality expectations of the company. Duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Effectively manage multiple jobs to meet completion timelines, budget and quality standards 2. Read, interpret and execute blueprints, work orders and proposals accurately. Ensure that materials, supplies, fixtures and resources are identified and allocated to meet the requirements of each project 3. Manage and supervise employees on the job sites 4. Coordinate and communicate with general contractors, other trades and owners as needed 5. Update proposals based on any required changes and assist with estimating on changes or additional work 6. Assist scheduling department with upcoming work 7. Provide job status update and completion reports 8. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 10+ years of field supervisor experience Working knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints Detail oriented with excellent time management skills Previous experience managing multiple projects Possess valid Florida Driver's License and clean DMV record in accordance with company policy Additional Skills Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel (Google Docs and Sheets) Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills Work effectively in a team environment

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
