Work with dispatch, customer service, inventory, installation, comfort advisers, and management to move work cleanly from diagnosis through completion. Protect customer trust, technical quality, gross margin, and callback performance on every recommendation. Required Qualifications Eight or more years of residential HVAC and plumbing service experience with strong field diagnostic ability and substantial working knowledge of both trades. Experience as a service supervisor, field supervisor, lead technician, service manager, technical trainer, or high performing senior technician or plumber with coaching responsibility. Working knowledge of Service Titan or comparable field service software, including price books, estimates, notes, sold work, follow up, and technician reporting. Proven ability to build and present multiple customer options based on actual equipment condition and customer needs. Strong HVAC knowledge, including airflow, total external static pressure, duct restrictions, refrigeration, electrical diagnosis, communicating and variable capacity equipment, condensate systems, controls, and indoor air quality products. Strong plumbing knowledge, including water distribution, drainage and venting, fixtures, water heaters, leak diagnosis, stoppages, drain and sewer service, repiping, filtration, and applicable residential plumbing practices. Ability to coach experienced technicians respectfully, enforce standards consistently, and address performance concerns directly. Valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and ability to work in homes, attics, mechanical closets, and outdoor Florida conditions when field support is required. How Success Will Be Measured Complete and accurate estimates using the approved pricebook. Clear customer choices supported by measurements, photos, and professional explanations. Same day job closeout with complete notes, payment status, and assigned follow up. Improvement in conversion and average ticket while controlling callbacks, complaints, discounts, and misdiagnoses. Measurable technician growth in technical ability, communication, and accountability.
