PLUMBER / PLUMBING FOREMAN

Alert Plumbing of Florida | Punta Gorda / Southwest Florida Alert Plumbing of Florida is looking for an experienced Lead Plumber / Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can do more than perform quality plumbing work — this position requires a strong leader who can organize crews, coordinate jobs, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of plumbers and helpers Coordinate daily manpower and field activities Review job scopes, plans, and project requirements Assist with scheduling and overall job coordination Source, order, and coordinate materials needed for field crews Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available before work begins Communicate with project managers, customers, contractors, and other trades Monitor job progress and help keep projects on schedule Maintain organized project documentation and material requirements Troubleshoot field conditions and help crews resolve issues Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Assist with training and developing plumbers and helpers Perform plumbing work in the field as required

What We're Looking For:

Strong plumbing experience with the ability to lead crews Previous Lead Plumber, Foreman, or supervisory experience preferred Highly organized and capable of managing multiple jobs and priorities Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to read plans, understand plumbing layouts, and plan work in advance Experience estimating material requirements and sourcing plumbing materials Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and vendors Strong understanding of plumbing codes and proper installation practices Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions The Right Person for This Position We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects.
