We're currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team of driven professionals committed to excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen
Requirements:
10+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience 3+ years as a Foreman on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical jobs Proven ability to manage manpower, materials, scheduling, and layout Strong references confirming productivity, communication, and leadership Track record of delivering jobs on or ahead of schedule Experience running jobs $5M+ or manpower crews of 10+ Excellent safety record (OSHA logs clean, no severe violations) Ability to mentor apprentices and drive skill development Strong blueprint/technical proficiency and accurate material takeoffs Consistent employment with reputable contractors Journeyman's License, OSHA 30, NPFA 70E, Clean Background We also offer a full benefits package that includes:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders. Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks.
