Build a Career That Protects Lives and Property Century Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead the installation of commercial fire sprinkler systems across the Florida Panhandle. This is a hands-on position responsible for coordinating field activities, directing and training crew members, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring systems are installed safely, accurately, and in accordance with approved plans and applicable codes. What You'll Do Lead the installation of fire sprinkler piping, fittings, hangers, couplings, sprinkler heads, and related components in accordance with approved plans and applicable codes. Direct, train, and support Fitters and Helpers on proper installation methods, safety procedures, and quality expectations. Coordinate daily field activities to help keep projects on schedule and communicate project or scheduling changes to the Field Superintendent and Project Manager. Review plans and communicate with the Designer before making design changes or when materials are missing or additional materials are needed. Prepare accurate red-line drawings reflecting field conditions and system modifications for submission to the Designer. Complete and submit daily progress reports, weekly paperwork, and documentation required by Century Fire Protection and the General Contractor. Attend project, jobsite, and coordination meetings as required. Immediately document and report injuries, accidents, water damage, property damage, or other jobsite incidents to the appropriate company leaders. Promote a safe, professional, and productive work environment while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Perform additional duties as needed to support successful project completion. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED. Three to five years of fire sprinkler installation or closely related experience. Demonstrated knowledge of fire sprinkler installation practices, materials, tools, design plans, and applicable codes. Previous experience leading, training, or directing field employees preferred. Ability to read and interpret fire sprinkler drawings and prepare accurate red-line drawings. Basic computer and email skills. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work overtime when required. Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record. Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
