We are looking for a Roofing Foreman with knowledge of various roofing systems to join our team. In this role one you must be able install TPO, Modified, and Built Up Roof low slope systems. You must be professional, presentable, and a good communicator as you will be coordinating with our superintendent on a daily basis. What you'll do: Always follow safety on the job and while driving. Read plans and blueprints. Tearoff existing roofing system. Install TPO, modified, and BUR roofing system. Clean and maintain job site and area.

Speaks clearly and calmly in all situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. Manage project, monitor weather, coordinate installation with crew.

Completes tasks on time; follows instructions, responds to management direction.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Develop alternative solutions. Many of our projects require working at night. Must be able to work nights when needed. What you'll need: Minimum 5-10 years of Commercial Roofing installation experience. Driver's License (REQUIRED). Ability to travel when local work is not available. Ability to work overtime when required.

Physical Working Conditions:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis throughout the day. Must be able to frequently ascend/descend ladder up to 40 feet. Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions. Load and unload material and equipment from variant heights. Load material and equipment from vehicles on and off the roof. Lift heavy objects by hand or with a host and clean work area. Shovel loose materials such as gravel.
