Description :

Are you an experienced Automotive Electrician or Electrical Troubleshooter who enjoys diagnosing complex electrical systems? We're seeking a skilled professional to join a leading custom manufacturing company that builds specialized emergency response vehicles. If you have experience with 12V DC and 110V AC electrical systems , enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in producing high-quality work, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC electrical systems on custom emergency vehicles. Install, wire, repair, and test electrical components and assemblies. Assemble electrical harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and related components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders. Identify electrical faults, repair defects, and verify proper system operation. Perform electrical testing using voltmeters, test lights, and other diagnostic equipment. Ensure all assemblies meet quality, safety, and production standards. Report recurring quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with Engineering and Production to resolve technical issues. Assist with training and mentoring electricians of varying skill levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following 5S practices. Follow OSHA, EPA, hazardous materials, and company safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of automotive electrical installation and troubleshooting experience . Strong knowledge of 12V DC and 110V AC electrical systems . Experience troubleshooting electrical systems in emergency vehicles, commercial vehicles, specialty vehicles, or similar equipment is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Working knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components. Experience using diagnostic equipment including voltmeters, test lights, and electrical measuring devices. Comfortable using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Advanced automotive mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
