Position Summary The Senior Crew Leader oversees daily field operations and helps installation teams work safely, efficiently, and professionally. This position coordinates crews, monitors project progress, maintains job readiness, and serves as the primary connection between field teams and leadership. Confirm crews have the necessary materials, tools, PPE, and safety equipment. Lead safe, efficient, and high-quality lightning protection installations. Communicate with site contacts and attend project meetings or walkthroughs. Monitor project schedules, labor usage, quality, and completion goals. Submit accurate daily reports, photographs, work orders, as-built drawings, and closeout documents. Perform system and ground resistance testing. Conduct safety training, inspections, and jobsite checks. Maintain organized company vehicles, tools, inventory, warehouses, and work areas. Train and support team members while communicating personnel or project concerns to leadership. Ensure work meets CLP standards, project requirements, UL 96A, and

NFPA 780.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Three to five years of lightning protection installation experience preferred, or a passing score on the Journeyman I assessment OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications EM 385 24-Hour Fall Protection certification Boom/Aerial Lift certification First Aid/CPR certification Ability to read blueprints and project drawings Willingness to travel, work overtime, and complete projects as needed Ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings Physical and Work Requirements Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and changing weather conditions. Work safely on roofs, ladders, lifts, and at heights. Work in confined spaces, including attics and crawlspaces. Spend extended periods driving or riding in company vehicles. Frequently walk, climb, balance, crawl, kneel, crouch, reach, dig, hammer, and trench. Lift and carry at least 80 pounds.
