Job Summary Groundworks is seeking an experienced, motivated Foreman to lead a high‑performing installation crew and ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The Foreman oversees daily jobsite operations, coordinates tasks, manages productivity, and delivers exceptional customer service. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting, or related trades are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, train, and mentor a crew of two or more team members. Review job specifications and prepare materials, tools, and equipment before arriving on site. Assess jobsite conditions and develop a clear plan of action, including task sequencing and crew assignments. Install company products and services according to established methods, standards, and timelines. Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project completion. Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the job; communicate changes prior to implementation. Complete all required documentation, check‑in/check‑out procedures, and job completion paperwork accurately. Safely load, unload, maintain, and clean tools, materials, and equipment; ensure truck cleanliness and organization. Drive company‑provided vehicles safely and maintain eligibility to operate company equipment. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work, including labor hours and productivity tracking. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project timelines. Foster a positive, respectful team environment built on trust, professionalism, and integrity. Uphold all company policies, including safety standards and workplace conduct expectations. Represent Groundworks professionally within the community. Reliably report to work on time each scheduled day. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Experience supervising crews or small teams required. Previous construction, home services, trade work, or general labor experience required. Basic construction or mechanical knowledge. Valid, non‑restrictive driver's license. Ability to enter crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas. Working Conditions Regularly lifts heavy objects up to 50 lbs and performs strenuous physical labor. Requires extended periods of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials. Requires strong manual dexterity, multi‑limb coordination, and physical stamina. Ability to read and interpret reports, data, and information on computer screens. Work may occur in adverse weather conditions or challenging environments. Compensation Competitive hourly pay Bonus paid per job Average annual earnings: $92,000 Safely load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment; clean truck upon return. Perform installation duties according to company standards, instructions, and timelines. Maintain excellent care of all products, tools, and equipment.
