Overview. Bonitz of Georgia is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead repair crews, locate and resolve roof leaks, and deliver high-quality service on commercial projects across the Southeast. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing systems inside and out and takes pride in doing the job right. Bonitz of Georgia is a family-owned commercial construction company with a trusted reputation since 1956, specializing in commercial roofing installation, maintenance, and repairs throughout Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. What You'll Do Locate roof leaks and perform commercial roof repairs safely and efficiently Conduct on-site roof inspections and surveys to assess conditions and define repair scope Lead and train service crew members, promoting safety and quality workmanship Use manufacturer-approved repair methods across multiple roofing systems Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors Operate and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment Complete work orders, reports, and required documentation accurately and on time Perform preventative maintenance and other duties as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing service and/or installation Strong working knowledge of roofing systems including:

TPO, EPDM, PVC

Built-Up Roofing (BUR) & Modified Bitumen Metal, coatings, tile, and shingles Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25+ feet Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Normal vision and hearing Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening & physical examination Bonitz of Georgia is a drug-free workplace Pay & Benefits $25-$30 per hour, based on experience Annual production bonus (performance-based) Per diem for overnight, out-of-town work Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Paid time off — starts accruing immediately 401(k) eligibility after 6 months Bonitz of Georgia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
