Fencing Foreman - UNION
POSITION
Ready to lead a crew and take ownership of your projects? Allied Security Fence is hiring an experienced Fence Foreman to lead installation crews and projects throughout Oahu. We are looking for someone who knows the trade, communicates well, and leads by example.
Pay:
$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday (Weekends off)

Campbell Industrial Park, Kapolei What We Offer Union Local 368 benefits Medical coverage Pension and annuity Vacation and holiday pay Opportunities for pay increases Stable, full-time work Holidays and weekends off What You'll Do Lead and supervise fence-installation crews Read plans, layouts, and project specifications Install chain-link, ornamental, high-security fencing, and gates Track progress and communicate with project management Maintain job-site safety and quality standards Train and support crew members Drive company vehicles and operate equipment when qualified What We're Looking For Fence-installation or related construction experience Previous leadership or foreman experience Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to read plans and take accurate field measurements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50 pounds or more safely Ability to work outdoors and keep projects on schedule Experience with welding, concrete, fabrication, equipment operation, gate operators, or a Class A CDL is a plus.
