Aloha Aina Landscaping is a locally owned, award-winning company committed to sustainable landscaping practices and Hawaiian values. Based in Pearl City with two farms and a thriving nursery, we are seeking motivated, hard-working Maintenance Laborers to join our growing ʻohana.

Responsibilities:

Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance Mow, trim, weed, and prune trees, shrubs, and plants Maintain farm areas and nursery plant care Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Keep job sites clean and organized Support sustainable landscaping and farming practices

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Previous landscaping experience is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Work With Us?
