Manufactured Home Installation Sequenzia & Son's Ankeny, IA Job Details Full-time $26 - $30 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Tools provided Qualifications Building construction Construction industry experience Full Job Description Manufactured Home Installation We are looking for an experienced, competent foreman who knows how to lead a crew, keep a job moving, and get work done correctly the first time. This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone with actual construction experience who is comfortable taking responsibility for a jobsite without needing constant supervision.
LOCATION
Ankeny, Iowa for approximately the next month After Ankeny is completed, the majority of our work will be in Lincoln, Nebraska
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate a construction/install crew Keep employees productive and jobs on schedule Read job requirements and determine what needs to be done Maintain quality control throughout the installation Make sure work is completed safely and correctly Identify and solve jobsite problems without waiting to be told every step Communicate clearly with ownership regarding progress, materials, issues, and scheduling Hold crew members accountable for their work Help with hands-on installation work when needed
EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience with manufactured/mobile home installation is helpful including: Setting, blocking, leveling, and anchoring homes Piers and foundations Marriage-line/interior finish work Skirting Decks and steps Water and sewer connections Final adjustments and punch-list work General construction, carpentry, or similar skilled trades

Can actually run a crew Shows up and is dependable Takes pride in quality work Uses common sense Can make decisions independently Doesn't need to be babysat Understands deadlines and productivity Can communicate professionally Is willing to work and lead from the front We have steady work and are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the operation, not someone looking to collect a paycheck while everyone else carries them.
