Pipe Layer Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pipe Layer Forman to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing underground pipelines and utility systems with precision and safety. Your expertise will help ensure the successful completion of complex pipeline projects, contributing to essential infrastructure development. Duties Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and front loader trucks to excavate trenches and prepare sites for pipeline installation Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings to accurately lay out pipeline routes and specifications Install underground pipelines for utilities such as water, sewer, RCP infrastructure following safety standards and project guidelines Use pipe lasers and other precision tools to ensure proper alignment and elevation of pipelines during installation Perform concrete finishing tasks related to pipeline supports or access points, ensuring durability and safety standards are met Conduct utility locating to identify existing underground infrastructure before excavation begins Assist with welding, concrete forming, plumbing connections, and other related tasks as needed on construction sites Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, forklifts, and front loader trucks in construction settings Strong knowledge of pipeline installation processes within utility or oil & gas industries Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Skilled in using pipe lasers for precise alignment of underground pipelines Experience with concrete finishing, welding, plumbing, and concrete forming is highly desirable Familiarity with utility locating techniques and safety protocols on construction sites Construction site experience with a focus on underground utility installation preferred Valid certifications in heavy equipment operation; additional certifications in welding or pipeline work are a plus Join our team and contribute your expertise to vital infrastructure projects that shape communities! Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
