Job Description

Septic & Excavation Foreman / Crew Lead CDA Septic Systems is a busy, locally owned septic, sewer, water and excavation contractor in Coeur d'Alene. We're looking for an experienced foreman to run our jobsites day to day — set the plan, lead the crew, and own the quality of the work that goes in the ground.
This is hands-on:
you'll run equipment when it's needed, dig and set to plan, and be the person the crew and the customer look to on site. Steady, year-round work, good equipment, and a company that backs its people. What you'll do Run the jobsite — read the plan, set the pace, lay out and stake the work Lead a crew of operators and laborers; assign tasks and keep everyone safe and moving Install and repair septic systems, drainfields, sewer and water lines, plus the excavation and site work behind them Run excavator and skid steer as needed — dig, grade and set to plan and to code Coordinate inspections and keep work compliant with the Panhandle Health District and local code Own quality and cleanup — the job's done right and the site's left clean Keep the schedule moving and stay in touch with the office and the customer What we're looking for Solid septic, excavation or underground-utility experience — and the ability to lead a crew Time on a machine (excavator / skid steer) and the judgment to dig safely around utilities Can read a site plan and set grade Reliable, safety-minded, and takes pride in the finished job Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required) Why CDA Good, well-maintained equipment Locally owned, 5.0 stars across 224 Google reviews — the strongest record in the area A real crew that has your back, and a path to grow
Pay:
$33-$40/hr DOE.
