This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. As a Supervisor, you will coordinate crews, manage materials, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Your leadership will drive project momentum from start to finish, delivering outstanding results that meet client expectations.

Duties:

Lead and supervise roofing crews on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans. Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to single ply roofing systems. Oversee the installation of various roofing membranes such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Manage materials inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and handling of roofing materials. Conduct safety briefings in compliance with OSHA standards; enforce safety protocols at all times. Utilize construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation, tracking progress, and reporting issues. Ensure all work complies with contract specifications and industry standards; document progress with photos and reports.

Experience:

Proven supervisory experience in commercial roofing projects with a focus on single ply membrane systems. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of roofing techniques and safety practices. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Primavera. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation and communication. Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project timelines while supervising multiple teams or crews. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to roofing operations; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately; proficient in using measurement tools like ohmmeters for quality checks.
