Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Foreman to lead our exterior crew. This role is responsible for overseeing job sites, managing team members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise crew members on job sites Oversee installation of gutters, siding, soffit & fascia, windows, roofing, and metal work Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Train and mentor crew members Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety practices Communicate with customers professionally on-site when needed Coordinate materials, tools, and daily job tasks Troubleshoot issues and problem-solve on the job

Requirements:

Prior experience in exterior construction (gutters, siding, roofing, etc.) Leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques Ability to read job details/plans and manage workflow Reliable transportation Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical labor Strong communication and leadership skills Why Work With Us?
