Leading a crew of 2-3 members Sports fields Communication with clients as well as with management Ensuring safe usage of equipment on job sites Sod installation Drainage and irrigation installation Plant install and removal Mulching / pine straw installation Retaining walls A Landscape Construction Foreman will lead their crew by example while seeking to provide top notch, property enhancement services to clients. Skills/Qualifications (On the job, paid training provided) Has experience successfully driving truck, trailer and CDL A license. Ability to work well alongside others as well as to lead and motivate crew, manage time and resources, and follow processes and procedures with minimal supervision. Is proactive, looks for and can report issues. Has an eye for detail and communicates effectively. Is dependable, well organized, works diligently and practices safety at all times. Likes a challenge, takes pride in his/her work, works well with others to maintain a team atmosphere. Can plan and prioritize effectively, and can delegate/discipline/hold accountable his/her crew.
