Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for light industrial projects. Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently to minimize waste and control costs. Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee multiple teams and tasks effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
