Skills & Experience Required Minimum 10+ years of full-time, professional trade experience Background in construction, remodeling, handyman services, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades Strong hands-on ability in multiple areas, including: Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Painting Tile & Flooring Must own a standard set of professional tools Must own a truck or van Must live in the Illinois Fox Valley region (Crystal Lake south to Aurora), Kane County, or Southern McHenry County Experience limited to DIY projects, homeownership, or rental properties does not qualify and will not be considered What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days By 90 days, a successful Craftsman or Craftswoman at
