Scope :
The Foreman is responsible for handling manpower, materials, and scheduling for the all projects assigned.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on electrical and solar projects which includes Rural Commercial, Industrial, Retail, some Residential. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes and local regulations Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain project timelines Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and accurately Maintain a safe and organized job site, enforcing OSHA safety standards Holds ultimate responsibility for project completion and budget
Requirements:
Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical codes in Indiana Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus
