Family Medicine Opening in IndianaFull timeCarmel, IN Position Highlights Join a physician-led, team-based primary care practice focused on delivering high-quality, value-based care. Flexible scheduling with 4- or 4.5-day work weeks to promote work-life balance. Practice in an ambulatory setting with strong clinical support and integrated care coordination. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Opportunity to perform in-office procedures based on your interests and experience. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license. Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start. Commitment to providing collaborative, patient-centered, value-based primary care.
