Job Description

Commercial Roofing Foreman Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead a roofing crew and deliver safe, high-quality installations on commercial roofing projects. What You Will Do Lead and coach a crew of roofers and laborers on-site Plan daily work to hit production and quality goals while keeping the crew safe Run job-specific safety plans and daily safety checks Solve field problems and keep Superintendents / Supervisors informed What You Bring Minimum 2 years experience leading a roofing crew OSHA-10 hour certification Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire Nice to Have OSHA-30 hour certification Specialized training (crance, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA) Bilingual fluency Why Join Eskola?
