What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 people on-site Read and follow construction drawings and site build plans accurately Install equipment, ensure work meets spec, and complete close-out documentation Climb and work on towers up to 500' high Communicate clearly with your crew and the Project Manager Handle any team issues calmly and professionally Follow all safety procedures and company policies Lead by example What We're Looking For 3+ years of telecom experience (at least 2 years in a foreman role preferred) Strong understanding of build plans, drawings, and tower installations Ability to manage and motivate a small crew Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company policy Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check Okay with frequent Monday-Friday travel (Midwest region) What You Can Count On Top pay: $33-$44/hr depending on experience Per diem: $175/night (you keep what you don't use) 401(k) with company match Health insurance: Multiple plans to fit your needs Dental and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance
