GPAC Enterprises is looking for an experienced Foundation Repair Crew Chief / Working Foreman to lead a crew while also working hands-on in the field. We are looking for someone with experience in foundation repair, structural repair, waterproofing, concrete, construction, or a closely related trade . This is not a position for someone who only supervises—you will work alongside the crew and be responsible for making sure each job is completed correctly, efficiently, and professionally.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise a field crew Work hands-on performing foundation and structural repair work Keep jobs organized and on schedule Make sure work meets company quality standards Communicate with management and customers when needed Maintain a safe and professional jobsite Help train and develop crew members

Qualifications:

Previous experience in foundation repair, structural repair, concrete, waterproofing, or similar construction work Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to perform physical construction work Valid driver's license Ability to communicate well and take responsibility for completing jobs properly

Pay:

$23-$29+/hour depending on experience. This is a good opportunity for an experienced construction professional who wants a long-term position, steady work, and the opportunity to lead a crew.
