This is a great opportunity for contractors looking to receive consistent work orders and grow their business. Services May Include Property preservation and general maintenance Lock changes and rekeys Lawn mowing, grass cuts, trimming and weed removal Interior and exterior debris removal Eviction cleanouts and trash-outs Winterization Tree and shrub trimming Minor repairs and property securing Property condition inspections and photo documentation Other preservation and maintenance services as assigned Contractor Requirements Previous property preservation, maintenance, construction, or handyman experience preferred Reliable truck/vehicle and necessary tools Ability to travel within your assigned service area Ability to complete work orders within required deadlines Smartphone with a reliable internet connection Must be able to take clear, detailed before/during/after photos Ability to follow work-order instructions and client requirements Strong communication and professionalism Must be able to work independently 1099/independent contractor status What We Offer Flexible work based on your availability Work orders assigned according to your coverage area Competitive per-job compensation Opportunities for recurring maintenance work Weekly payment options for completed and approved work Opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with our team Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in contractors who already have experience working with mortgage field services, property preservation, REO properties, foreclosures, banks, asset managers, or property management companies.
