is looking for an experienced, licensed plumber to perform residential water filtration system installations in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with jobs provided on an as-needed basis. We supply the water filtration equipment and customer; you handle the professional installation. Compensation $75

• 100 per hour , based on experience and scope of work. Most standard installations are expected to take approximately 5 hours , resulting in typical labor compensation of $375
• 500 per installation .

Additional compensation may be agreed upon in advance for installations requiring additional plumbing work or unusual site conditions. Responsibilities Install residential whole-house water filtration systems Install water softeners and related treatment equipment Install under-sink reverse osmosis systems when required Connect equipment to existing residential plumbing and drainage Verify proper operation and check for leaks after installation Maintain a clean and professional work area Communicate any unexpected plumbing conditions or additional work needed before proceeding Requirements Must be a licensed plumber Residential plumbing experience required Experience installing water filtration or water softening equipment preferred Must provide your own standard plumbing tools Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working directly with homeowners Must be able to work independently and complete installations to applicable plumbing standards Appropriate insurance required Contractor Relationship This is a 1099 independent contractor/subcontractor position , not a W-2 employee position. Work will be offered as customer installations are scheduled. Contractors may accept jobs based on their availability. Capital Water Co. will provide the water treatment equipment and job information. The plumber will be responsible for completing the installation professionally and communicating any additional materials or work required. About Capital Water Co.
