Louisiana / Southeast Region RDB Electric is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and residential electrical experience, with a background in new construction and tenant improvement projects preferred. This position requires someone who can manage projects independently, lead onsite personnel, coordinate materials, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. Responsibilities The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for: Managing electrical projects independently from start to finish Supervising and directing onsite electricians and helpers Performing onsite material takeoffs and coordinating material needs Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and project documents Coordinating with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades Ensuring work is completed according to NEC requirements, project specifications, and company standards Maintaining project schedules and keeping crews productive Tracking labor, materials, and daily progress Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Troubleshooting electrical issues as needed Representing RDB Electric professionally with customers, contractors, and team members Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: Commercial and residential electrical experience New construction and tenant improvement experience preferred Ability to manage projects independently Ability to lead and organize onsite personnel Ability to perform accurate material takeoffs Dependable transportation. Clean driving record preferred Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, electrical codes (OSHA standards), and construction estimating techniques Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision Reliable work ethic and professional attitude
