Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver and Helpers Great pay Give raise in 90 days Granted 5-7 days of work Must be available weekends Must have clean background and drug tests We are delivering appliances For Lowe's "Must install appliances' Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit. Navigate routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and provide updates as necessary. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures upon receipt.. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation of delivery vehicles. Skills Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Proficiency in operating various types of vehicles, including vans and box trucks; commercial driving experience is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required during deliveries or warehouse duties. Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment, including forklifts, is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping and adherence to delivery schedules.
