Underground Lineman - Foreman

Responsibilities Lead and supervise underground electrical crews in installing, repairing, and maintaining high voltage and low voltage systems Coordinate rigging operations, cabling, and conduit placement on construction sites with a focus on safety and accuracy Operate bucket trucks, bucket lifts, and other specialized equipment to access elevated work areas safely Read blueprints, schematics, and utility locating maps to ensure precise installation and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure Conduct field service activities including troubleshooting electrical issues using tools like ohmmeters and testing equipment Ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols during all operations Oversee climbing activities, tree trimming near utility lines, and other tasks requiring technical skill and safety awareness Requirements Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong background in electrical systems installation and maintenance Hands-on experience operating bucket trucks, bucket lifts, and climbing safely at height levels Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Knowledge of utility locating techniques to identify underground lines before excavation or installation Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety procedures and OSHA standards Familiarity with IT infrastructure related to utility systems is a plus Strong field service skills including troubleshooting electrical faults using testing tools such as ohmmeters Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL certification preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us to lead impactful projects that keep communities powered!
