Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Hands-on experience with carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, demolition, and general construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Commitment to jobsite safety and quality.
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with project management.
OSHA knowledge and experience working in commercial construction environments preferred.
