In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a lively, welcoming attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS and ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine, spirits, and cocktail options, to enhance guest experience and promote upselling opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling and processing of payments accurately, including credit card transactions and tips Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling, serving, and cleanup Assist with setting up tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Offer personalized guest service by addressing special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergies with knowledge of food preparation and safety protocols Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Experience with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices required Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing, host/hostess duties, cashiering, and guest services enhances success in this role
