CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN POSITION
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Foreman to lead daily field operations, direct crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. In this leadership role, you will bridge the gap between management and site execution, serving as the primary point of contact on the job site. Key Responsibilities
    Crew Leadership:
    Direct, mentor, and supervise daily activities of trade workers, laborers, and subcontractors.
      Site Safety:
      Enforce company safety protocols, conduct daily toolbox talks, and maintain strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
        Project Execution:
        Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to delegate tasks and keep daily progress aligned with project timelines.
          Quality Control:
          Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with construction plans, building codes, and quality standards.
            Resource Management:
            Coordinate deliveries, track on-site materials, oversee equipment maintenance, and report shortages or delays promptly.
              Documentation & Reporting:
              Maintain accurate daily logs (crew hours, site conditions, progress photos) and provide regular updates to the Owner. Qualifications & Skills
              • 1-5+ years of experience in construction or a related trade, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
              • Deep understanding of construction practices, building codes, and site safety protocols (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred).
              • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
              • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
              • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
              • Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform manual labor as needed, and lift up to 50 lbs. Perks & Benefits
