What You'll Do Respond to commercial and industrial HVAC service calls and diagnose equipment issues. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, pumps, boilers, air handlers, fan coils, and related equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using meters, gauges, manufacturer information, and other diagnostic tools. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify potential equipment issues before they become failures. Make recommendations for repairs or replacement when equipment requires additional work. Complete service tickets, document findings, and provide clear notes and recommendations for customers and the office. Communicate professionally with customers, explain equipment issues, and keep them informed of needed repairs. Work on HVAC controls, motors, VFDs, piping, pumps, drain systems, and other related components as needed. Respond to emergency and after-hours service calls as part of the company's service operation. What We're Looking For Hands-on HVAC service, repair, installation, or maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical HVAC issues. Comfort using trade tools, gauges, and equipment safely and effectively. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and deliver excellent customer service. Clear communication skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and reliability.
