Foreman•Painting, Stucco & Waterproofing About Us Buras Painting & Waterproofing, LLC is based in New Orleans and serves New Orleans, Metairie, Covington, Mandeville, Hammond, and surrounding areas. We handle commercial painting, stucco, finishing, and waterproofing projects. Position Summary We're looking for a working Foreman who knows the trade and can run a crew. This role is responsible for managing job sites, leading crews, keeping projects on schedule, and making sure the work is done right the first time. You will be expected to lead from the front not just supervise, but work alongside your team when needed. Responsibilities Lead and manage crews on painting and drywall finishing Plan daily work and keep the crew productive Make sure work meets company standards and customer expectations Keep projects on schedule and within labor budgets Enforce all safety rules and OSHA requirements on site Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries Communicate clearly with management and clients Maintain daily job logs and basic documentation Address issues quickly and keep the job moving Requirements 3+ years of hands on experience in drywall finishing and painting Proven experience leading crews on active job sites OSHA 10 required or ability to obtain within 120 days Valid driver's license Reliable, accountable, and able to work in physically demanding conditions We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, keeps their crew accountable, and doesn't cut corners.
