EV EXCAVATION - NOW HIRING

Excavation Site & Utility Foreman EV Excavation is looking for an experienced Site & Utility Foreman to join our team. We are looking for someone who can confidently run and oversee excavation and underground utility projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Experience with underground water, sewer, and gas utilities Strong excavation and site-work experience Ability to read plans, grades, elevations, and utility layouts Experience setting and checking pipe grades Knowledge of trenching, bedding, backfilling, compaction, and utility installation Ability to safely coordinate work around existing utilities Experience operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment Lead and manage a crew efficiently Coordinate daily job-site operations, materials, equipment, and production Maintain a safe, organized job site Communicate professionally with project managers, inspectors, customers, and other contractors Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the field

Requirements:

Prior foreman or utility leadership experience preferred Valid driver's license Dependable transportation Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the job site OSHA and Massachusetts Hoisting License are a plus Competitive pay based on experience. We are looking for an experienced individual who understands underground utility work and can lead a crew, operate equipment, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
