  • Fence Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of fence installation experience (preferred). At least 2 years of construction experience (preferred). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate. OSHA 10 certification. Ability to pass a drug screening, including marijuana. Foreman
  • Fence Preferred Background & Skills Hoisting License is a plus. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment, including augers, generators, and hand tools. Proficient with cellular phones, GPS software, tablets, and portable computers. Foreman
  • Fence Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
Schedule and coordinate project timelines while supervising crew members and subcontractors. Utilize construction management software for budgeting and project tracking. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure quality control and accurate installation. Maintain necessary licenses and ensure safety protocols are followed.
