Job Summary Are you looking to join a fast growing construction team? We are seeking a skilled General Contractor to lead and assist project manager with construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality work preformed and efficiency. This role involves assisting with managng 1 to 2 construction laborers, working hand in hand with other tradesman within our team and helping ensure projects adhere to plans, budgets, and timelines as requested. Additionally, we are looking for a reliable General Contractor Laborer to support daily construction activities, assist with building tasks, and contribute to the successful execution of various maintenance and building projects. Both roles offer opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to excellence in construction. Skills needed and Requirments Valid drivers licensed Hand tools required Transportaion to and from jobsite or office required Skilled in using hand tools, power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of construction Ability to perform various construction tasks, such as but not limited to lifting minimum 50lbs Familiarity with construction job dedication and working efficiently Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance Outdoor work experience across various weather conditions is preferred Excellent communication skills for coordinating team efforts and interpreting technical instructions Join our energetic team where your skills will directly contribute to innovative building projects!
