  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor construction projects, ensuring the successful execution of landscape and hardscape installations.
This role is vital in coordinating teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess extensive outdoor work experience, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape construction projects, including hardscape, planting, irrigation, and grounds maintenance tasks Manage crew members effectively, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols Oversee the operation of landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment, including company vehicles Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction Conduct plant identification, horticulture assessments, and tree care to support landscape design goals Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement irrigation management strategies Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, materials used, and equipment maintenance Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to resolve issues promptly and efficiently Enforce safety procedures on-site to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations Assist in training new team members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices Requirements Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or grounds maintenance environments Extensive outdoor work experience with knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and plant identification Strong background in landscaping, hardscape installation, irrigation management, and tree care Familiarity with construction processes related to construction projects Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Leadership skills with a focus on team management and crew supervision Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles Knowledge of horticulture principles and grounds maintenance best practices Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards If you are motivated by outdoor challenges and committed to delivering exceptional landscapes through effective leadership, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
