Job Description

Electrical Foreman Electrical Foreman Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Foreman to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics to ensure proper installation
  • Maintain strict adnce to safety regulations and company policies
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on schedule
  • Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices on the job
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes
  • Track job progress, reporting updates to project managers and leadership
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Stable work history
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus Preferred but
Not Required:
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license
